Answers to the questions our customers frequently ask: 
What happens if I book an appointment and it rains?

Weather can be unpredictable here in Missouri, and we’re always keeping an eye on the forecast. If it's just a light sprinkle, we can usually continue working. However, in the event of heavy rain or storms, we’ll need reschedule to the next available opening. 

Do you work in the winter?

We continue our operations throughout the winter, but we must respect the whims of Mother Nature. If temperatures drop below 40 degrees, we will pause our work until conditions improve. Should the forecast show that temperatures will remain below 40 for the entire day, or it snows, we will need reschedule all scheduled appointments.

Do I need to have water and electricity available? 

We are a complete shop on wheels.  We bring everything we need including water and electricity.  

How do I prepare for my appointment?

1) Plan for a spot for us to work.  We will need to park a truck with trailer in an area that will have us close enough to your vehicle for our hoses to reach.  Please, remember that we cannot block any public roadways or alleys.

2) For best cleaning results, please remove any valuables or items from the vehicle before our team arrives.  We will clean any empty compartments and all accessible areas of the vehicle.

How and when do I pay?

Payment is due when services are completed.  We accept cash, check, credit cards, Paypal and Venmo.  There is a 3% service charge If paying with credit card, Paypal, Apple Pay or Venmo. 

Do I need to be present?

We recognize that our clients lead busy lives. If you're unable to be present during your vehicle's detailing, no worries! We will complete the work, provide you with pictures of your freshly detailed vehicle, and send you a link for payment.

How long does it take? 

Most of our services are completed within 2-3 hours. However, if a vehicle is extremely dirty, it may take a bit longer to ensure we leave it in the best condition possible. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to deliver quality results every time.
